After a business consultation, it became clear that there were opportunities for improvement. Through strategic planning, a new payroll system was implemented along with an updated approach to documentation storage. Both systems have already decreased the client's monthly expenses.
Technology Acquisition and Training

After industry-based research, a new software was acquired for a client that has already given them a competitive advantage with their target consumers. After acquisition of the new software, we hosted a series of personalized trainings to get the client and their employees proficient in utilizing the software. Their facility is currently reaching capacity and will need to expand!
Digital Expansion

During the pandemic, clients whom depended on in-person experiences were negatively impacted and reached out for business consulting. GDBS found a way for a client to pivot to a digital approach by: fully branding their organization, creating and managing social media accounts, and creating digital products to generate new streams of revenue.

Full Digital Transition
The client had to make a quick digital transition due to Covid-19. We launched the website and social media (Twitter and Facebook) simultaneously to keep the members of the congregation connected to church leadership throughout a time of social distancing.

When Covid-19 caused many educational institutions to pivot in 2020, Lil' Angels CDC was no different. In an effort to continue providing 4K instruction to their students, the center needed to quickly create a digital presence. We completed a full branding, website, and social media launch.
